Terms & Conditions

 

1. Agreement

​

By booking any service with Makeover by Aiman Siddiqui (hereafter “the Artist / Service Provider”) you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Booking & Payment

​

A confirmed booking requires an advance payment (deposit). The booking will only be secured once this deposit is received.

The remaining balance must be cleared before the service begins (or before the artist/staff departs in case of off-site service).

Accepted payment modes: [specify: e.g. UPI, Bank Transfer, Cash, etc.]


3. Cancellation & Refund / Rescheduling Policy

If the client cancels the booking at least 15 days prior to the booked date, the advance payment may be adjusted toward another service or product.

If cancellation is made less than 15 days before the scheduled date, the advance payment will be forfeited (i.e. non-refundable, and cannot be adjusted for future services).

The Artist reserves the right to refuse refund or adjustment if cancellation or reschedule is too close to the event date.


4. Service Scope & Trial Policy

​

Unless explicitly agreed, trial makeup/hair-do sessions are not provided.

The services booked (makeup, hair, styling, draping, etc.) will be those mutually agreed at the time of booking. Any additional service (extra looks, touch-ups, accessories etc.) will have additional charges.


5. Timings and Punctuality

​

Client must be on time for the appointment. A delay by the client may lead to reduced/modified service or late-start, at the Artist’s discretion.

If services are availed outside standard working hours (or agreed time), additional “overtime” charges may apply (rate to be predefined).


6. Out-station / On-Location Services

For services at an external venue (outside artist’s studio), full payment must be cleared before the staff leaves for the location.

Necessary arrangements (e.g. proper working area, lighting, AC/fan, power supply, cleanliness) should be made by the client/host for smooth service.


7. Accessories / Client-Provided Items / Valuables

If accessories (e.g. jewellery, hair accessories, props) are provided by the client/host (or rented via artist), ensure timely return of rented items. Security deposit (if any) will be refunded only when items are returned in original condition.

The Artist / Service Provider and staff are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought by the client/guests during the service.


8. Health, Safety, Consent & Allergies

​

Client must inform the Artist about any known allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before the service.

The Artist reserves the right to refuse or modify services if the client’s health condition poses a risk, or if hygiene and safety standards cannot be guaranteed.


9. Behaviour & Conduct

​

Rude, abusive or threatening behaviour toward the Artist or staff will not be tolerated. Service may be terminated without refund in such cases.

Any misconduct or violation of rules may lead to refusal or cancellation of further services.


10. Liability & Disclaimer

​

While utmost care is taken to provide quality service, the Artist does not guarantee absolute perfection (e.g. in looks, durability, reactions) — since final result may depend on many factors (skin type, lighting, environment, client’s movement/clothing, etc.).

The Artist is not liable for any adverse skin reactions, allergic responses, or discomfort if client failed to disclose allergies or medical conditions.
